A nice bike to ride and comfortable saddle,
Good solid frame. Plenty of room for a good load in the rear basket.
I am pleased with my trike from addmotor.
After extensive research I landed on the M-360. Ordered and delivered in a week and the communication and tracking was excellent.
It took about an hour to easily assemble and the quality is exceptional. I recommend using the online video to assemble rather than the manual.
Everything I read about the M-360 is correct. Very comfortable, easy to ride and can navigate all terrains.
Highly recommend this trike.
First off, after having had a stroke, I was a little trepidatious about it at first but its very easy to get on and off and ride….and I love the colour…such a clear clean red. Riding it is better than what I had expected. It’s solid, stable and comfy. The controls are very easy to understand, remember, see and use while riding. Love the throttle and it certainly has a lot of power. The PAS is very good and allows me to peddle without it being arduous up inclines. And the battery provides such a long ride with peace of mind. A little scary at first riding up onto footpaths where the ground is uneven and the back dual wheels make the trike tilt for a second or two but you get used to it. The baskets are really handy and allow us to take drinks etc for our rides. Having lights and blinkers is so very good for night riding too. And it fits into our apartment lift and through our doorway which was so very important. All in all I really am loving it and only wish I had gotten it sooner to exercise my legs. And it was easy to finish off assembly while following the video tutorials.. even for us who really dont have a lot of experience with bikes or trikes.
A big thank you to Iris who answered all my questions and helped me make my purchase.
Had my E-310 for a few months now and wanted to give my experiences re balancing. No doubt it is a terrific trike BUT you need to practice with riding, particularly across slopes. My strategy is to ride it like you do a quad bike on a farm when dealing with rough and sloping terrains. Once you really get used to moving your body, even standing to counter ballance when rough, it becomes second nature. But you need to practice and go slowly!
I’ve only had it a couple of weeks and it’s been too hot or wet to travel far. But it’s great
Cheers Peter
I viewed the videos on the website before I purchased an Arisetan M-360. The videos do not show the etrike going up hills, so I was worried that the etrike would not go up hills, as l Iive on Pittwater and the hills go right down to the water. The roads are like a roller-coaster. There is no flat road at the bottom of the hills, as soon as a vehicle reaches the bottom of a hill it starts climbing the next hill. Much to my surprise the etrike has only been defeated once. The hill was so steep that when the wheels stopped turning, it slid backwards with both brake levers pulled back as far as they would go. I do have to use pedal assist when going up hills and I coast down the other side. I love my M-360.

Hi ya, I am very pleased with my new Trike. I found it very easy to put together out of the box. The instruction manual is easy to read and understand. I live in a hilly area and the Trike has no problem getting up them. I made the right call with the 500 motor. The running gear all works as it should without adjustment. I have modified the rear basket for the dog and he is happy. However, most of the time he is running. It has suited our needs perfectly. Thanks Addmotor. Cheers

The e trike was easy to put together and I am getting better at riding it
I am disabled and my mobility is unfortunately getting seriously challenged. I purchased an Addmotor M-360 Mini in blue and it has allowed me to get out and about enjoying my neighbourhood. I was able to assemble it easily and the Addmotor staff are so friendly and helpful.
I feel like a bird with wings again.
There’s nothing not to like about this trike. With a 250W motor (just like my previous one) it still has much more than twice the power when assisting me uphill. This may be because it runs on 48v not 36. But the increased range I’m getting from the Samsung battery is easily 140k per charge compared to the 36 my last trike could barely manage on a good day. I can go for miles just looking around or shopping and feel utterly confident that if I run out of puff the trike can still take me home.
I had my previous trike for almost 4 years and totalled just over 700k riding it in that time. I’ve had this yellow beauty just over two months and I’ve already almost reached 200k. That alone should tell you how much I love it.
Wow! What an amazing customer service experience! My pre-ordering, questions were answered in detail. Delivery was quick and assembly was really quite easy (even for a lady in her 70s) and in no time I was off riding into the breeze. It was a great experience. The bike is amazingly well built, and I’m impressed with the pedal assist functions. This is my second trike bike, after breaking the axle on non motorised variety (different brand). One suggested improvement could be a review of the manual. While it’s well written, the photos in some cases are not very clear or detailed. Sometimes it’s hard to distinguish what you are looking at because the image is so dark. Fortunately, Iris at Addmotor, was very helpful in providing much better close up detailed photographs and a very good video clip to resolve my issue with the seat pole lock. But as the bike is 85 percent built and there’s such great customer support, it’s not a major issue. I’m off on the bike every day and love it. Thanks in particular to Iris who has been extremely helpful.
I just love this trike and I'm riding it nearly every day. Even my cavoodle already gets excited when I ask her if she wants to go for a ride. She sits strapped into the rear basket and off we go. Thanks Addmotor for your prompt delivery and efficient service.
Easy to put together and very sturdy. Can’t get our 18yr old off it…
I think it will be good, but it's taking some time to get used to as since it arrived we have had a week of heavy tropical rain and then I had Covid. Now it's fine and i'm well I'm finding that as I'm only 150cm tall and have arthritic hips it's hard for me to pedal without pain so i simply use the motor and I am still developing skill in using the throttle smoothly. But it's great to wiz around my retirement village with the breeze on my face and, once i get used to it, I think it will be good.
A lot bigger than I anticipated, can fit a lot of shopping, or fishing gear. I also carry a spare inner tube and basic tool kit and puncture repair kit although I haven’t had to use them yet. A good buy.
The addmotor E310 etrike was my best purchase ever I have mobility problems so I ride it every day to the shops Doctors appointments to the local pool and around the neighbourhood on general errands. I believe It is my best purchase ever it is better than comparable priced mobility scooters which I have tried the mobility scooters do not compare with the travel range of around 150 kilometres as opposed to the scooters 45 - 50 kilometres at best.

First off for anyone buying this trike IT ESSENTIAL TO understand it is a trike with 3 wheels. You site on a chair that you have to DRIVE like a when you are in a car. It is not a bike with you siting between the 2 wheels. So be sure to slow down when you wish to turn corners and use your brakes to drop speed before you turn - trikes are built to run in straight lines and not for rapid turns.
Best value for money and quality I could find at the moment in Australia. In Canberra we a city build with bike paths and road under passes.
PROS: for E-310 are its quality construction & EASY ASSEMBLY. From delivery to ready to go took me 1 hour. No cost delivery to ACT with free items was a bonus. I had trouble paying to Addmotor Australia but Iris at the customer support sorted this out & they honored their original price and made sure of delivery. Love the UL Certified long-range battery & the ease with which unit goes up hills. PAS level switching up & down as you go is easy to match your needs. Thum lever throttle is very good. The fixed gear & rear differential set this unit apart. Great brakes. Easy to use digital display. Good online support.
I have used this unit loaded to carry light loads and find it has plenty of power as a shopping trolley for runs to the supermarket (2km from us) and Bunnings hardware store (3km from us).
CONS: I am short and have adjusted the seat as far back as I can - I will be looking to see if I can move it further back to make it so I can pedal more easier and do not site straight above the pedals and have a better pedal action. (not a game changer - just a preference for me.
Rear lights are OK but are low and not so easy to see, they not on the rear fenders and would be hard for cars to see them - I will see if I can move light onto the fenders in the future.
Indicator buttons are easy to use but as the display is hard to see in our strong Australian daylight in summer it would be great if the left indicator button flashed RED when on and the right indicator button flashed GREEN when on (as per international shipping / aircraft standards) - this would help the trike rider greatly in using them properly.
Front basket is very expensive as an extra - would like one but at AUD$156 it far to much.
Optional extra for me with glasses. I find the supplied free 2 x revision mirrors Ok but because I wear glasses and at my age turning my neck a long way around is not so easy. To solve this potential problem, I have purchased a rearview digital camera as a way to make constant viewing behind me easier & safer. I will still keep the rear vision mirrors but use them as a final check before I turn.
Well I find it feels very unstable like it might tip
I had my 40 year old daughter ride she feels the same my granddaughter at 16 feels same but there thoughts are give it time to get used to
My boys both love it
I’ll persevere for awhile try to get the feel I need to ride some more yet
Hi, here are some riding tips for you https://www.addmotor.com/blog/6-tips-and-tricks-for-riding-an-electric-tricycle. It takes time to get use to riding an etrike.
It is well built. Lots of power.
I find it a little narrow between seat and handle bars and can imagine a semi recumbent version. But generally very happy.
we have many hills here that are close to mountains. The fact that it can take off halfway up one of these big Hill means it will be powerful enough to go anywhere. I plan on taking my trike touring around the south west of Western Australia the runtime on the battery is very reasonable and the overall power and performance is extremely good. The cyan green stands out extremely well and can be easily seen by traffic.
