The addmotor E310 etrike was my best purchase ever I have mobility problems so I ride it every day to the shops Doctors appointments to the local pool and around the neighbourhood on general errands. I believe It is my best purchase ever it is better than comparable priced mobility scooters which I have tried the mobility scooters do not compare with the travel range of around 150 kilometres as opposed to the scooters 45 - 50 kilometres at best.

First off for anyone buying this trike IT ESSENTIAL TO understand it is a trike with 3 wheels. You site on a chair that you have to DRIVE like a when you are in a car. It is not a bike with you siting between the 2 wheels. So be sure to slow down when you wish to turn corners and use your brakes to drop speed before you turn - trikes are built to run in straight lines and not for rapid turns.
Best value for money and quality I could find at the moment in Australia. In Canberra we a city build with bike paths and road under passes.
PROS: for E-310 are its quality construction & EASY ASSEMBLY. From delivery to ready to go took me 1 hour. No cost delivery to ACT with free items was a bonus. I had trouble paying to Addmotor Australia but Iris at the customer support sorted this out & they honored their original price and made sure of delivery. Love the UL Certified long-range battery & the ease with which unit goes up hills. PAS level switching up & down as you go is easy to match your needs. Thum lever throttle is very good. The fixed gear & rear differential set this unit apart. Great brakes. Easy to use digital display. Good online support.
I have used this unit loaded to carry light loads and find it has plenty of power as a shopping trolley for runs to the supermarket (2km from us) and Bunnings hardware store (3km from us).
CONS: I am short and have adjusted the seat as far back as I can - I will be looking to see if I can move it further back to make it so I can pedal more easier and do not site straight above the pedals and have a better pedal action. (not a game changer - just a preference for me.
Rear lights are OK but are low and not so easy to see, they not on the rear fenders and would be hard for cars to see them - I will see if I can move light onto the fenders in the future.
Indicator buttons are easy to use but as the display is hard to see in our strong Australian daylight in summer it would be great if the left indicator button flashed RED when on and the right indicator button flashed GREEN when on (as per international shipping / aircraft standards) - this would help the trike rider greatly in using them properly.
Front basket is very expensive as an extra - would like one but at AUD$156 it far to much.
Optional extra for me with glasses. I find the supplied free 2 x revision mirrors Ok but because I wear glasses and at my age turning my neck a long way around is not so easy. To solve this potential problem, I have purchased a rearview digital camera as a way to make constant viewing behind me easier & safer. I will still keep the rear vision mirrors but use them as a final check before I turn.
Well I find it feels very unstable like it might tip
I had my 40 year old daughter ride she feels the same my granddaughter at 16 feels same but there thoughts are give it time to get used to
My boys both love it
I’ll persevere for awhile try to get the feel I need to ride some more yet
Hi, here are some riding tips for you https://www.addmotor.com/blog/6-tips-and-tricks-for-riding-an-electric-tricycle. It takes time to get use to riding an etrike.
It is well built. Lots of power.
I find it a little narrow between seat and handle bars and can imagine a semi recumbent version. But generally very happy.
we have many hills here that are close to mountains. The fact that it can take off halfway up one of these big Hill means it will be powerful enough to go anywhere. I plan on taking my trike touring around the south west of Western Australia the runtime on the battery is very reasonable and the overall power and performance is extremely good. The cyan green stands out extremely well and can be easily seen by traffic.
Solid, well built trike. 100km+ on a battery charge. It is comfortable and stable & has the power to cope with any environment. My wife has taken it up some steep paths which make it ideal for our area. She has medical issues which prevents her riding a 2 wheeler so the E-310 Trike is ideal. I follow behind on my scooter.
I am absolutely thrilled with my Addmotor AriseTan M360 and ride it most days. I have lived with Parkinson’s disease for over 20 years which has severely limited my mobility but my etrike is opening opportunities I wouldn’t have dared consider before having my first test ride and know having bought one… it is now my freedom machine and I’m telling everyone I get into conversation with judt how good it is and how its improving my quality of life!
I’ve just finished my hundredth kilometre on my trike. It has exceeded all my expectations by a mile. A lot of folk (well three, actually) have asked me about it and I gave them all a glowing reference. I shall write a full review on my blog as soon as I have some more kilometres on the clock and a few photos to share.
Alan Freshwater, First Australian customer.
To preface this review i should mention that I’ve had Parkinson’s disease (a progressively degenerative neurological illness) that affects automatic muscle control and over time causes dizziness and balance issues (along with many other symptoms).
I’m constantly looking for ways to improve my quality of life and hopefully by extension help improve others quality of life, that are likewise afflicted, by example but in this case I’m so excited I’ve hit the jackpot!!!
My 4 concerns prior to testing this etrike were stability, comfort, reliability (confidence to get me home) and last but certainly not least it had to be FUN!!!
When I had my first ride I was immediately impressed with the comfort and stability… I rode the M360 for about 2 hours while being filmed by Addmotor for a promo and finally hopped off the Etrike literally without experiencing any discomfort in my back or my sit-upon though my legs were like jelly, I’d actually been exercising without realising it!
My involvement in promoting Addmotor the M360 is entirely voluntary, I have no commercial interest in Addmotor nor am I being paid.
I was offered the opportunity for Addmotor to come to me and having had to surrender my drivers license some years ago,
I jumped at the opportunity,
I believe in giving credit where it’s due.
I expect that as people realise the availability of Addmotor eTrikes in Australia at a price that is less than the average mobility scooter but way more fun, there is going to be an influx of Addmotor eTrikes!
I sold my mobility scooter after a couple of years and putting on about 15-20 kg and realising I have a propensity to be lazy…. It was just too easy to be lazy with the mobility scooter.
The stability is unbelievable… I expected the camber of the road to cause problems with l the handling but when I went across gutters or dropped the left rear wheel in the gutter while riding along the road I had complete control over the direction of the trike which is obviously attributable to the research and development that has gone into the design creating the very low center of gravity and the benefit of precise control due to the width and positioning of the handlebars.
This etrike not only looks like it’s been designed by Ferrari it handles like it’s on rails!
With respect to reliability, riding the M360 gives a sense of security and having checked the feedback about Addmotor US where they have a firm foothold in the local market, and I couldn’t find negative feedback, report or complaint.
After the filming and interview was done I lplaced an order for my own Addmotor Arisetan M360
My outstanding recollection of spending time with the Addmotor people was their concern for my safety and the emphasis on honest feedback.
My only complaint was not having rear vision mirrors on the demo bike but I’ll have them on the one I’ve ordered.
So in conclusion I can thoroughly recommend the M360 to everyone but particularly to those that are experiencing balancing issues and are looking for a fun way of exercising and extending your sense of freedom.
If you think you’re going to have difficulty lifting your leg over the frame Addmotor have other step through models.
I live in Mornington in Victoria and if you see me riding the M360 feel free to stop me and ask
me about it.
ENJOY!!!
