Shipping Guide For Australia

Orders placed on addmotor.com.au for Australian shipping will be dispatched from Sydney, New South Wales, exclusively for Australian customers. We offer FREE SHIPPING across Australia, though a Goods and Services Tax may apply depending on the state. Please note that shipping costs apply to remote areas including Gladstone Harbour, Queensland; Emu Bay, South Australia; Currie, Lady Barron, and West Hobart, Tasmania; and Tiwi Island, Northern Territory. Note:

Due to shipping limitations, direct shipments of CITYTRI E-310, Grandtan II, ARISETAN II M-360, TRIKETAN II M-330, and Foldtan M-140 from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia will enjoy free shipping across Australia with sales taxes included.

 

Processing Time

Any in-stock order will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. Orders placed over the weekend, on holidays, or after 1 pm on weekdays will be processed the next business day.

 

Transit Time

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number via the email provided at checkout. You can also check the updated information in your Addmotor account. Delivery times will vary depending on the distance from Sydney warehouse.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update after the parcel has left the warehouse.

Shipping Method

We ship most electric bicycles via Startrack, TNT, Allied Express, Direct Freight Express. An adult over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the order.

 

Backorders:

Occasionally, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse before the website is updated. If this happens, we will email you immediately after you place your order, informing you of the backorder status, the expected arrival time, and any available substitutes if you are interested in receiving your bike sooner.

The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as a shipment being held up at the port or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.

If the arrival time changes for your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute it for a different model, or cancel it altogether. Once backorders arrive, we reach out to verify the delivery information for shipping purposes, and you will receive an email with tracking information once it is shipped.

We will make every effort to ensure you receive your parcel on time. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.

 

NOTES

1) The order will be processed for delivery upon receipt of payment. However, to avoid mis-shipments, delivery information must be verified via email or phone before dispatch. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

2) To ensure correct delivery, please provide a detailed and accurate delivery address and a valid phone number upon payment. The customer will be responsible for any loss of the parcel due to invalid or incorrect delivery information.

3) Typically, the parcel will be delivered only to the provided delivery address, and no address corrections or updates can be made once it is shipped. Any costs or expenses related to address revisions after dispatch will be the customer's responsibility. If the delivery address is not accessible for trucks, you may need to pick up your bike at a location designated by the carrier.
