At Addmotor, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service. Our goal is to get your electric trike to you as quickly as possible, and we sincerely appreciate your patience throughout the process. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to help every step of the way.
We use trusted local shipping carriers such as Startrack, TNT, Allied Express, and Direct Freight Express for all orders. We strive to offer fast, reliable service to ensure your trike arrives in perfect condition.
Notice: Electric trikes are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. Underage riders must be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.
Costs & Destinations
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING across Australia on all orders placed on addmotor.com.au, except for Western Australia and Tasmania, which incur an additional $250 shipping fee. All prices are inclusive of tax, so no extra charges will be applied.

Shipping Time
Processing Time: In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 1 pm on weekdays will be processed the following business day.
Transit Time: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary based on your location, with typical delivery times as follows:

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your parcel has left our warehouse.
Order Confirmation & Payment
Your order will be processed for delivery only after payment is received. We may contact you via email or phone to confirm your delivery information before dispatch to avoid mis-shipments. Your cooperation in this is appreciated.
Backorders
On rare occasions, a product may run out of stock before our website is updated. If this happens, you will be notified immediately via email. We will inform you of the backorder status, expected arrival time, and provide alternatives if available.
Please be aware that delivery times for backordered items may change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delays at the port or manufacturing issues. If the estimated arrival time changes, you can choose to either:
- Wait for the back-ordered item
- Select an alternative model
- Cancel your order
Once back ordered items are back in stock and ready to ship, we will contact you to verify your delivery details and send you tracking information once the item has shipped.
Important Notes
- Customs & Delays: Shipping times may be affected by courier peak season or public holidays. If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, please contact us, and we will assist you.
- Tracking Information: It can take a few hours (up to 24 hours) for tracking information to be updated in the courier's system. If you don’t see updates immediately, please check back later.
- Delivery Address: Please ensure you provide a correct, detailed address and a valid phone number upon payment. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect information or failure to accept delivery, customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Delivery Restrictions: Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. If the delivery address is inaccessible for trucks, you may need to pick up your parcel from a designated location by the carrier. Customers will be responsible for any costs incurred due to address corrections post-dispatch.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect information or failure to accept delivery, customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Returns: If you need to return your product, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more information about returns and our limited warranty, please refer to our Warranty Terms.
