Does the battery removeable?
Yes, the battery is removeable, you could charge the battery on the bike or in door.
How Do I Change My Order?
If you need to change the color of the bicycle, replace the accessories in the order, or if you ordered the wrong product, we are always here to help you. Our goal is to ensure that any errors or changes to your order are corrected before shipment.
Where Can I Ride An Electric Bike?
Electric bicycles are legally the same as ordinary bicycles. You can ride an electric bicycle wherever you can ride a regular bicycle.
What accessories are usually included in the bike?
Each addmotor bike will be equipped with a tool kit, a manual, a pair of pedals, a battery and a charger.
When Will My E-bike Ship?
Your in-stock order will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days after we received your confirmation email.
What does the serial numbers do? Where to find them on the bike?
The serial numbers are very important information to register the A.O.G. and are also the basis for ordering accessories.
Does The Bike Come with A Charger?
A charger is included with the bike. You do not need to buy it separately. If you want a spare charger, you may purchase it here.
How Do I Charge My Battery?
Always charge in a safe area that is dry, indoors. Arrange the bike, battery, and charger to eliminate the potential for trip hazards, damage to the bike, battery, or charger.
What Factors Affect The Battery Range?
The three factors that affect the battery life range are riding style, riding conditions, and load.
What Is Your Return Policy And Do You Offer A Warranty?
All electric bicycles of Addmotor will not be refundable 14 days after receipt of the bicycles.
The return requirement is less than 10 miles on the odometer.
Provide warranty.
Pedal Assist System (PAS) of Addmotor Electric Bikes
Each e-bike of Addmotor is equipped with the pedal assist system (PAS). Addmotor Customer Service Team will explain what is PAS and how it works during the riding.
Why does my ebike have a squeak/buzz sound or noise?
If your ebike has a squeaking sound or noise, please shoot a video of the problem and contact us at support@addmotor.com with your order number. Our support team will help you as soon as possible.
Can You Recommend the Rack/Child Seat for My Electric Bike?
Addmotor does not recommend installing non-Addmotor products on your electric bikes.

Do You Sell Spare Batteries?
Unfortunately due to the lack of battery parts, we do not have a readily available inventory of spare batteries. Please check back on our website to see if we have any batteries in stock.
