Yes, the battery is removeable, you could charge the battery on the trike bike or in door.

If you need to change the color of the bicycle, replace the accessories in the order, or if you ordered the wrong product, we are always here to help you. Our goal is to ensure that any errors or changes to your order are corrected before shipment.

Electric trike bikes are legally the same as ordinary bicycles. You can ride an electric bicycle wherever you can ride a regular bicycle.

Each addmotor trike will be equipped with a tool kit, a manual, a pair of pedals, a battery and a charger.

Your in-stock order will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days after we received your confirmation email.

The serial numbers are very important information to register the A.O.G. and are also the basis for ordering accessories.

Always charge in a safe area that is dry, indoors. Arrange the bike, battery, and charger to eliminate the potential for trip hazards, damage to the bike, battery, or charger.

The three factors that affect the battery life range are riding style, riding conditions, and load.

All electric trike bikes of Addmotor will not be refundable 14 days after receipt of the trikes.
The return requirement is less than 10 miles on the odometer.

Each e-trike of Addmotor is equipped with the pedal assist system (PAS). Addmotor Customer Service Team will explain what is PAS and how it works during the riding.

If your e-trike has a squeaking sound or noise, please shoot a video of the problem and contact us at support@addmotor.com with your order number. Our support team will help you as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and attach pictures or videos about the problems you have so we can assist you easily. Once we receive your email, we will do our best to assist you with your issue.

Unfortunately due to the lack of battery parts, we do not have a readily available inventory of spare batteries. Please check back on our website to see if we have any batteries in stock.

Periodically clean your Addmotor electric trike with a damp cloth. Avoid spraying the trike bike with a water hose to avoid electrical issues.
