Warranty & returns: The Cybergen exoskeleton includes a 1-year limited warranty covering material and workmanship defects under normal use. Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receipt and are subject to eligibility and inspection; opened or used products are generally non-returnable unless approved. The device operates on a single battery at a time, and the batteries are fully removable. The kit includes two 3000mAh batteries for swapping. When one battery is depleted, simply replace it with the fully charged spare to continue your journey.

Fits waist sizes 26.8"–53.1" (approx. 68cm–135cm) and thigh sizes 17.3"–29.5" (approx. 44cm–75cm). Suitable for users with BMI ≤ 29.0. Even if your waist and thigh measurements are within the stated ranges, the product may not be suitable if your BMI exceeds 29.0.
